Turnkey delivery. For end-to-end projects that combine civils, towers, power and active network deployment, Cipal partners with Reatisa Smart Tech to deliver a complete turnkey infrastructure service.
WHAT WE DO
Seven capabilities. One integrated field delivery team.
From initial site survey to commissioned network — we handle the full field lifecycle in-house, working across every major multivendor platform in the industry.
Microwave Transmission
Risk assessment, site surveys, multivendor MW installation and decommissioning, ATP, network service migrations, and node integration/recovery.
Radio Access Networks
RF installations, base station modernisation, BTS fault-finding, site upgrades, drive & walk testing, PIM testing and interference hunting.
Optic Fibre Works
Trenched and overhead fibre deployment, cable hauling, patching, splicing/termination in cabinets and manholes, OTDR testing and fault location
Wi-Fi Solutions
Multivendor Wi-Fi network installation and decommissioning, coverage and signal-strength testing, latency and speed verification, and ongoing optimisation
Electrical Works
Battery installation & commissioning, rectifier connections and load balancing, anti-theft epoxy installs, and issuing of COCs for new and existing installations.
Civils & Site Build
Construction drawings, tower base construction (lattice, monopole, lamp post, tree mast up to 55m), perimeter fencing, cabinet and container deployment.
Project Management Services
Full-lifecycle portfolio management, risk & compliance, resource and budget planning, stakeholder reporting, quality assurance to ISO standards, and hands-on mentorship for technical teams. We lead projects from initiation to handover.
Cipal doesn't just deploy networks. We build the engineers who'll run them.
Ctech Academy is our in-house training arm — established in 2017 to close the gap between available engineering talent and what the South African telecoms industry actually needs.
Running SETA-accredited programmes in partnership with the MICT SETA and Wraycastle Africa, Ctech delivers technical education across IT, networks, security, ITSM and telecommunications — with a particular focus on learners from educationally disadvantaged backgrounds.
For our clients, it means every engineer on site has been current-year trained. For the industry, it means a growing pipeline of specialist talent that didn’t exist five years ago.

What clients get that other contractors don't offer.
01
On-Time Delivery
Milestones are hit, not excused. Our track record with Vodacom, Ericsson and Liquid is built on projects that closed when we said they would.
02
No Quality Compromise
No Quality Compromise
ISO 9001 processes, ATP sign-off on every site, certified engineers on every crew, and COCs issued on all electrical work. Quality isn’t the shortcut.
03
Problem-Solving On Site
Every site is different. Our multivendor-trained teams are built to adapt and resolve field issues on the ground — without costly escalation delays.
04
Continuously Trained
Via Ctech Academy, our engineers stay current on the latest multivendor platforms — so your rollout never stalls on a capability gap.
